Intro Crû

New to Pilates or just new to Crû? This 25-minute intro class is your first step. We’ll guide you through the equipment, core Pilates foundations, and class flow so you can step into your first group class feeling strong and prepared. Required for anyone not already working 1-on-1 with a Crû physio – because safety first! Need a bit more time? No problem. You can repeat until you're ready for the next step. No pressure, just progress. Your instructor will also help guide you toward the class that fits you best, based on how you're feeling and moving.
Intermediate Crû
Level up, Crû style!
Basics? Check. Now it’s time to refine your moves with smoother flow, more complex exercises, and sharper technique. This class is for those ready to move with power, precision, and a bit of confidence.
Run Crû

This class is ideal if you're newer to Classical Pilates, Pilates in general, or getting back into movement. We focus on core control, alignment, breath, and body awareness - all the essentials to build strength and stability safely. It’s gentle on the joints but still delivers a satisfying challenge. Think of it as your Pilates sweet spot: supportive, effective, and just challenging enough to keep things interesting.
Recovery Crû

A mobility-focused class that restores and improves range of motion, movement control, and just leaves you feeling better than when you walked in. Great for rest days, sore days, or “I-sat-at-my-desk-too-long” days. Expect slower movement, breath-focused deep stretching, and feel-good vibes.
