NOTE: Our Cancellation Policy differs depending on the service booked:
- Physiotherapy and Private Clinical Pilates Late Cancellations within 24 hours of Appointment Time We understand things come up, so your first late cancellation will be waved. After this, 30% of the treatment fee will be charged to the credit card on file. This is to respect our clinician's bookable hours and our high demand for patient bookings.
- Group Pilates Class Late Cancellations within 8 hours of Scheduled Class Time Due to the high demand for our group classes we have implemented an 8 hour cancellation policy which allows our participants to cancel without penalty prior to 8 hours before their scheduled class. If we receive an email or a telephone call prior to that 8 hour window, there will no charge or use of a class pass on the client's account. If the cancellation occurs within the 8 hour window before the class is scheduled, the full class fee is charged to the credit card on file, or use of a class pass from the client's account.
